Welcome to TX Sparks! By participating in our Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between TX Sparks and individuals or entities referring clients to our services. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Overview of Referral Program

TX Sparks is a technology-driven design and build company offering services including feasibility studies, entitlements, zoning, design and permits, land development, ground-up construction, and interior build-outs. This program rewards referrers with a referral fee of 1% to 2%, depending on the service and ticket amount, for successful lead conversions.

2. Referral Fee Structure

Straight 2% Referral Fee

TX Sparks is a technology-driven design and build company offering services including feasibility studies, entitlements, zoning, design and permits, land development, ground-up construction, and interior build-outs. This program rewards referrers with a referral fee of 1% to 2%, depending on the service and ticket amount, for successful lead conversions.

Applicable to the following services:

• Feasibility Studies
• Entitlements
• Zoning Changes
• Designs & Permits
• Interior Build-Outs
• MUD and PID Services

Land Development & Ground-Up Constructions

• Up to $1M: 2% Referral Fee
• $1M to $5M: 1.5% Referral Fee
• Over $5M: 1% Referral Fee

Multiple Service Engagements

If a lead utilizes multiple services, the referral fee structure applies individually to each selected service.

3. Eligibility

• This program is open to all individuals with communication and sales skills.
• No Realtor license or certification is required to participate.
• The referrer must bring a successful lead to TX Sparks for eligibility.

4. Guidelines for Participation

Flexible Work

Referrers can operate from anywhere. No binding commitments or contracts with TX Sparks are required.

Service Introduction

Referrers may introduce TX Sparks’ services to their clients. TX Sparks will provide a free consultation to prospective customers, detailing the scope, timelines, efforts, and cost estimates.

Referral Fee Payment

• All communication, documents, and updates will be maintained in a centralized cloud-based project management system, accessible to all parties.
• Referral fees are calculated based on the service ticket amount and are payable upon successful completion of the referred project.

Commitment to Satisfaction

TX Sparks guarantees 100% satisfaction with all services provided to referred clients.

 

5. Payment Terms

• Referral fees will be processed and paid within 30 days of project completion and receipt of payment from the client.
• Payment will be made via the agreed-upon method (e.g., bank transfer, check, etc.).
• Taxes, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the referrer.

6. General Conditions

• TX Sparks reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice.
• Any disputes arising from this program will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas.
• Referrers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in this program.

7. Confidentiality

Referrers must keep all information regarding TX Sparks’ services, projects, and referral fees confidential and may not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TX Sparks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in this program. TX Sparks’ total liability is limited to the referral fees owed under this agreement.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in disqualification from the program.
