Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Construction Project Engineer to join the TX Sparks team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to bring high-quality residential and commercial projects to life.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate project planning and development, including timelines, budgets, and resource management.
  • Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Act as a liaison between the client, contractors, and project team, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement of materials.
  • Provide technical support and solutions during the construction process, addressing issues that arise on-site.
  • Maintain and manage all project documentation, including permits, regulatory approvals, and daily reports.
  • Oversee quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to ensure construction adheres to company and industry standards.
  • Manage the handover process, including post-completion support and warranty services.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 2-5 years of experience in construction project engineering, preferably in residential and commercial construction.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Has a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
  • Is highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Is knowledgeable about safety regulations and best practices in construction.
  • Is proficient with project management software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools.
