Project Overview

Shops at New Hope is an 18,000-square-foot multi-tenant commercial cold-shell development along West New Hope Drive in Cedar Park, Texas. The project was delivered with demising walls and base-building infrastructure, providing flexible commercial spaces for future tenant improvements.

The development is located adjacent to an established residential neighborhood and forms part of a larger commercial subdivision. Site drainage connects to an existing shared detention pond serving the development, while roadway improvements included construction of a dedicated turn lane. The building utilizes a hybrid structural system combining structural steel and conventional wood framing, together with site utilities, storefront systems, exterior façade improvements, and base mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection infrastructure.
