Construction Management - Full Time Opportunity

TX Sparks Construction (www.txsparks.com) is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team in Austin and Dallas, Texas.

This is an opportunity to work with a fast-growing, technology-driven design-build construction company involved in:

• Commercial Construction
• Residential Construction
• Ground-Up Developments
• Land Development Projects

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordination
• Support scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation
• Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Track project progress, materials, and field activities
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
• Participate in onsite meetings and reporting activities

Required Skills

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Willingness to travel and work onsite across Texas
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

• Internship or field experience in construction projects
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
• Interest in commercial and ground-up construction
