Welcome to TX Sparks! By participating in our Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Overview — TX Sparks is a technology-driven design and build company. This program rewards referrers with a referral fee of 1%–2%, depending on the service and ticket amount, for successful lead conversions. 2. Referral Fee Structure — Straight 2% referral fee applies to: Feasibility Studies, Entitlements, Zoning Changes, Designs & Permits, Interior Build-Outs, MUD and PID Services, Land Development & Ground-Up Constructions. Up to $1M: 2% | $1M–$5M: 1.5% | Over $5M: 1%. 3. Eligibility — Open to all individuals with communication and sales skills. No Realtor license required. 4. Guidelines — Referrers can operate from anywhere. No binding contracts required. TX Sparks provides free consultations to referred clients. 5. Payment Terms — Referral fees processed within 30 days of project completion. Payment via agreed method (bank transfer, check, etc.). 6. Confidentiality — All TX Sparks information must be kept confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent. 7. Acceptance — By participating, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
