Project Overview

ARKA Montessori is a 13,000-square-foot ground-up childcare and educational facility in Leander, Texas. The project includes complete commercial site development, building construction, MEP and fire-protection systems, interior build-out, landscaping, and outdoor play areas designed around the requirements of a licensed childcare environment.

Site development includes rock excavation and specialized stormwater infrastructure, including an underground detention system and a Contech Jellyfish filtration system. The building incorporates a wood-framed structural system, aluminum storefront glazing, TPO roofing, and an all-electric building configuration. Interior classrooms and administrative areas are complemented by landscaped outdoor spaces and a dedicated splash pool supporting the Montessori learning environment.
