VILLAGE OF MELISSA

Villages of Melissa is a ground-up commercial cold-shell development in Melissa, Texas, designed for future tenants. The project includes commercial site development, the complete building envelope, structural systems, and base-building utilities while maintaining flexible interior spaces for future medical office build-outs.

The building combines structural steel with conventional wood framing and wood roof trusses and features a distinctive pitched standing-seam metal roof. The roofing assembly includes coordinated framing, sheathing, underlayment, metal panels, flashing, trim, and drainage components. The ground-up commercial building construction was completed within eight months, including site improvements, exterior façade, roofing, and base mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection infrastructure.
